The auctioneer was Mr N. K. Aitken. City Properties A section of 54 perches in Sails Road, Papanui central, was sold at auction yesterday for $5OOO. The Government valuation is $4OOO. The new owner intends to build ownership flats on the property, sold on behalf of Mr J. T. Priest by Christies, Ltd.

The auctioneer was Mr G. B. Harty. A two-bedroom bungalow at 14 Bay View Road, Redcliffs, was sold by private treaty before going to public auction. The semi-furnished house was sold by Beasley Property Sales on behalf of Mr and Mrs N. J. L. Fox.
