Fire In Chapel
Detectives are investigating a fire in the chapel in Knox Hall, Bealey Avenue, which destroyed curtains and damaged wall panels and the floor below the curtains last evening.
The fire brigade was called at 9.14 p.m. when the fire was noticed by persons playing badminton in another section of the hall. The fire had been put out with a hose reel in the hall when the firemen arrived.
