MURDER CHARGE
Case Against Schoolboy
(N Z Press Association) NEW PLYMOUTH, May 13. In the Supreme Court, New Plymouth, today, 15-year-old Roger John Bennett was charged with the murder of the headmaster of the Inglewood High School. Bennett has pleaded not guilty to the charge of murdering Alexander Stuart Black on the afternoon of April 10. The case is being presided over by Mr Justice Roper. Wellington, with a jury of eight men and three women. Mr J. P. Quillam, assisted by Mr K. W. Irwin, is prosecuting; counsel for Bennett is Mr M. S. L. Reeves, assisted by Mr Q. S. L. Reeves.
