Relief For Mortgagors
Sir,—Apparently the Mortgagors and Lessees Rehabilitation Act, 1936, has not been repealed, and an application for reduction in one’s mortgage would have to be considered by the commission. I am truly amazed that the older generation who in some cases had vast sums completely written off have not advised the younger ones what to do.—Yours, etc., COURT OF REVIEW. January 24, 1968.'
