N.Z. Man Given Probation (N.Z. P.A. -Reuter—Copyright) LONDON, May 24. A New Zealander arrested after shots were fired in a street in Earl’s Court, London, was today placed on probation for two years. A condition is that he reside at a hospital for not more than a year.

Alan Nicholls Bidwill, aged 26, of Hogarth road, Earl’s Court, who appeared in a West London court, pleaded guilty to wantonly discharging a firearm to the danger of passers-by in Hogarth road on May 9.
