£lO Million A Year Lost (N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) LONDON, March 9. The British Government is planning a “sell-and-tell” campaign to force the help of television salesmen in finding an estimated two million viewers who have no television licences. The licence in Britain costs £5 a year and is likely to be increased soon.

At present £lO million revenue is believed lost each year because of the licence dodgers. The Postmaster-General, Mr Edward Short, will present to Parliament a bill designed to close the escape gaps.
