(N.Z.P.A. -Reuter—Copyright/ BUENOS AIRES, Feb. 26. The United States and 19 Latin American countries yesterday decided to hold a three-day summit meeting in Punta del Este, Uruguay, opening on April 12.

The decision was made at a private session of Foreign Ministers or their representatives, now in the eleventh day of talks in Buenos Aires.
