(X.Z.P..4 .-Reuter— Copyright} LONDON, Feb. 24. Britain may seek a second round of talks with Common Market nations before it makes any formal application to join the trading group, a Government spokesman said last night The Prime Minister, Mr Harold Wilson, who is currently exploring the chances of British membership in a tour of the six Common Market capitals, hinted at the further phase of talks to Parliament yesterday. He claimed that all European leaders now knew Britain meant business about trying to join the six.
