Darfield, also said in support iof an application for an i amendment to a goods service licence, that the situation could be aggravated by a requirement that stock must stand for at least 12 hours before being killed. In granting two additional vehicle authorities and further dispensation of the Drivers’ Hours Regulations, the Authority said the application was sound. It was proven that there was a substantial and gradual increase in the applicant company’s revenue. The company qualified for the relief it sought said the Authority.
