Remanded To Christchurch

A young man who appeared before Messrs D. Loader and L. J. Shuker, Justices of the Peace, at Lyttelton yesterday on a charge of behaving in an offensive manner was remanded on bail to June 30, when he will appear in the Christchurch Magistrate's Court. Interim suppression of his name was granted. Charged with using obscene language and resisting arrest at Lyttelton, Basil John O'Sullivan, aged 27, an office supervisor, was remanded on bail to appear in the Christchurch Magistrate's Court on June 23.
