CAR OVER BANK

Two couples from Lower Hutt suffered injuries when the car in which they were travelling in the Lewis Pass area rolled over a bank yesterday afternoon. They were taken to the Hanmer Springs Hospital, and then brought to Christchurch Hospital in the Culverden ambulance, arriving at 6.05 p.m. Mrs Keitha Gray, of 20 York street. Lower Hutt, was admitted with a neck injury. Robert Gray, of the same address, was treated for chest injuries and discharged. Eric Chapman ,of 87 Molesworth street, Lower Hutt, suffered head and arm injuries, and Frances Chapman, of the same address, suffered arm and leg injuries. Both were treated and discharged.
