LAY-OUT OF CAMPUS
Things had not gone very far very fast with the problem of campus lay-out, the principal of Lincoln College (Dr. M. M. Burns) told yesterday’s meeting of the college's board of governors.
The person retained to draw up a campus lay-out was exceedingly busy at present and it was also felt that if the board could give more information on what it wanted as a lay-out it would be of assistance.
For that reason the college architects had drawn up a plan of a lay-out for the college but the plan was an “Aunt Sally” and not an accepted lay-out, Dr. Burns told the board. He thought that such a plan would be of assistance tn board members in putting forward their ideas for a campus lay-out The board decided that copies of the plan from the architects should be distributed to board members so that they could consider it before the next meeting in February, when members could put forward their own ideas with the assistance of the “Aunt Sally” plan.
