METEORITE CRATER
(N.Z.P.A.-ReuteT—Copyright) NEW YORK, Dec. 21. The world’s third largest known meteorite enter has been discovered in Northern Chile, Columbia University has announced. The crater, in the western foothills of the Andes mountains, has a diameter of 1476 feet and an average depth of 100 feet
