(N.Z.P.A .-Reuter —Copyright? TOKYO, Dec. 21. Tokyo’s police prosecutor* are now deciding whether to proceed with traffic charge* against Emperor Hirohito’s brother. Prince Mikas*, whose car was involved in a collision in Tokyo last October. It is the first time that a member of the Japanese Royal family has been involved in a police matter. Police today referred the matter to the prosecutors who are expected to make a decision next week. Prince Mikasa suffered a lacerated Up when his car and another collided in a Tokyo street on October 11.
