Long Service At Cromwell

“The Press” Special Service DUNEDIN.

Mr F. G. Dunn, who has been secretary of the Cromwell Jockey Club for the last 17 years, has relinquished the position. Mr Dunn has in that time seen the club develop until it is one of the most popular and progressive country clubs in the South Island.

Mr Dunn has sold his accountancy practice and at a meeting of the committee of the club this week Messrs Cowan and Morton, who purchased the business, were appointed secretary.

The manager of the Cromwell branch of the firm, Mr R. Ibbotson, will carry out the duties of secretary.
