No Quorum Of Creditors
A meeting of creditors of Fred Hopkinson, a fitter, of Flat 5, 84 Division street, was adjourned sine die yesterday morning by the Official Assignee (Mr P. D. Clancy) for want of a quorum. Hopkinson was adjudged bankrupt on August 24, and his deficiency was stated at £441 8s Id. His total debts to unsecured creditors were £483 8s Id, and his total assets, consisting mainly of his tools of trade, were £42.
