MR B. W. MILNE, of Christchurch, who was chosen as “Young Mr New Zealand” in a national contest sponsored by Philips Electrical Industries of New Zealand, Ltd., in 1963. He will leave for the United States at the end of the month to take up his prize—a scholarship for a year at the University of Arizona. Mr Milne, who is 21, was educated at St Bede’s College and has been studying for his bachelor of commerce degree at the University of Canterbury. At the University of Arizona he will study for a bachelor of science degree in marketing.
