TV League Request

AUCKLAND, July 13. The Auckland Rugby League will ask the New Zealand Broadcasting Corporation for television films of overseas league games to, be shown on Sunday afternoons. At its meeting tonight the members said they had received complaints from supporters at the monotony of Sunday soccer matches on television. The board understood league films were available, but that they were not being used. Mr E. Pilcher, of Wellington, has been appointed by the New Zealand League to referee the North-South game at Greymouth on Sunday.
