Revenue collected by the Christchurch Customs for the three months ending June was £86,037 less than for the same period last year. The amount collected was £2,865,810 against £2,951.847 for the same period in 1964. Details of revenue collected with figures for the same periods last year are:— Three months ending June.— Customs and excise, £2,003.858 <H,964,115); tyres, £147? (£735): sales tax, £833,018 (£048,900); Ught dues. £3512 (£4197); miscellaneous, £23,045 (£33,810); total, £2,865,810 (£2,951,847). For June.—Customs and excise, £775,109 (£776,360); tyres, £356 (£107); sales tax. £273,965 (£377,711); Ught dues, £llB4 (£1669); miscellaneous, £4941 (£10,217).
