Decision Reserved In Hydrants Case
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, July 2. Mr Justice Hardie Boys today reserved judgment on a claim for £2254 damages against the Pukekohe Borough Council arising from an alleged failure to keep its fire hydrants near a building severely damaged by fire in 1961 in effective working order. The plaintiff is Islay MacEachern. an engineer, of Auckland.
