Shipments Of Oranges

(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, April 30. A small shipment of Jamaican oranges will arrive at Lyttelton on May 12 in the Gloucester, which will also discharge oranges at Wellington. The Moana Roa, which has been seriously delayed at Rarotonga because of bad weather, is at present loading a shipment of oranges, mandarins, and tangerines, and should arrive at Auckland about May 8. More Cooke Islands fruit will arrive by the Tarawera at Lyttelton on May 25 and on the Moana Roa at Auckland about June 7. The Goonawarra is due at Auckland on June 5 with Californian oranges. The Australian Navel orange season will commence with the arrival of the Navua at Lvttelton on July 1.
