You will need: lilb sole or flounder fillets 1 sliced onion, medium size Few pepper corns 2 wine glasses of white wine (dry is preferable) 11b white grapes Some chopped parsley. Method: Wipe fish fillets, pack into ovenproof dish with oniop and pepper corns. Pour the white wine on top and cover with piece of buttered paper. Cook in moderate oven 15 to 20 minutes, or until fish is done. Meanwhile, skin the grapes and remove pips. Transfer the fish to a serving dish and decorate with grapes. Keep warm. Pour the pan juices into a small saucepan, reduce over high flame, then spoon over the fish and sprinkle with parsley.
