CHURCHILL MEMORIAL STAMPS.—Reproductions of the postage stamps which will be issued in the United Kingdom on May 24 (Commonwealth Day). The 4d stamp will be olive brown and black, and the 1s 3d will be grey and black. The portrait of Sir Winston Churchill is adapted from the famous photograph by Karsh, of Ottawa.
