Scout’s Courage Recognised
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Dec. 16. Philip Armstrong, aged 17, a Kawerau scout, has been awarded a Cornwell certificate in recognition of his courage during an illness which has crippled him and resulted in the amputation of one leg.
