Judges’ Movements

Mr Justice Henry will sit in the Supreme Court, Christchurch, for nine days from November 24. Mr Justice Macarthur will also be sitting in Christchurch. During that period one court will be engaged in civil jury cases and the other court will be engaged in judge-alone matters. The Greymouth sittings of the Court will begin next week, and Mr Justice Wilson will preside. At Greymouth civil appeals and miscellaneous matters will be heard next Monday, and criminal trials will occupy the remainder of the week. Civil jury trials will be taken in the second week.
