Swimming Visits

Canterbury swimmers will appear at two important carnivals in other centres in the next six weeks. On November 14 a party will travel to Dunedin for the opening of the city’s new 55yd Moana pool. A special carnival is to be held to commemorate the opening. The other visit will be to Wellington for an intercentre competition on December 12. Teams from Wellington, Wairarapa and Manawatu will be taking part and Southland has indicated that it is interested.
