Russians In Cuba
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter— Copyright) WASHINGTON, Oct. 2. Cuban exiles have claimed that Soviet technicians were supervising construction of a series of military emplacements near the U.S. Guantanamo Naval base in eastern Cuba. The exiles’ report, published by the Citizens’ Committee for a Free Cuba,’ said the emplacements were designed for offensive action.
