House Sold For £2800
A block-veneer bungalow about three years old, on a Crown renewable leasehold section at 20 Whitby street. Harewood, was sold for £2BOO at public auction yesterday. The rental of the section is £3B 10s a year. The auctioneer was Mr W. K. Christiansen.
The house has a living room, three bedrooms, and kitchenette. It was a mortgagee’s sale. Offered on account of the estate of J. Bloxham. a bungalow on a section of 22 perches at 93 Abberley crescent, St. Albans, was passed in at £2OOO. The auctioneer was Mr Colin Robertson.
The house has a lounge, sunroom, three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry.
