CHAMPION COW.—The wife of the president of the North Canterbury Jersey Cattle Club (Mrs R. W. Frost) ties the championship ribbon on F. W. Hansen's champion Jersey cow, Lilac Grove Heidi, at the Canterbury Jersey cattle show at the Northern Agricultural and Pastoral Association grounds at Rangiora on Saturday. A nine-year-old, Lilac Grove Heidi won the female championship at the show for the sixth successive time.
