Offered on account of the estate of G. Lusty, a house at 57 Amyes road, Hornby, was passed in at £9OO at public auction. The auctioneer was Mr Ray Simes. The house has two bedrooms,. living room, kitchen and washhouse. Outbuildings on the section of 2 roods 36.7 perches include a man’s room, implement shed and a garage.
The Government valuation is £1450. Ten acres of land on the Main South road, Weedons, was passed in at £2850. The property, was offered on account of Mr K. L. Wickham by Mr W. H. ArchdaU.
