Better Pensions And Pay (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Nov. 29. Captain J. W. Dickinson, secretary of the Airline Pilots’ Association, today disclosed the basis of settlement of the dispute between TE.A.L. and its pilots and navigators He said the retiring age had been raised from 50 to 55; a number of anomalies in the superannuation scheme had been removed, and provision made for increased benefits; the board of directors had agreed to the representations for a separate industrial agreement for T.E.A.L, and for increased remuneration, ranging from £l5O to £2OO for captains, first officers, and navigators.
