TWO CARS COLLIDE

Three Injured Three persons were injured when two cars collided at the corner of Buchanans road and Pound road, Yaldhurst, about 4.35 p.m. yesterday. All have been admitted to hospital. Mr Joshua Ronald Henshaw, and his wife, Kathleen Ross Henshaw, of Pages road. Timaru, were in one car. Mr David William Page, of 17 Massey crescent, Christchurch, was the driver of the other car. Mr Henshaw suffered head injuries and a broken wrist. Ho was admitted to the Christchurch Hospital where his condition last evening was reported to be satisfactory. Mrs Henshaw suffered shock and lacerations. Mr Page suffered head injuries and shock. Both were admitted to the Princess Margaret Hospital. The condition of both was later reported to be satisfactory. The police are seeking witnesses of the collision. Any person who saw the accident or knows anything in connexion with it is asked to get in touch with the motor accident branch at the Christchurch Central Police Station
