Sir, —Ten years ago when the Pioneer Hut site was being prepared at the head of the Fox Glacier, copies of “The Press" were included in an air drop of material, and they were read at the dropping zone, which would have been near 8000 ft Yours, etc.. JOHN WALTON. October 22, 1963.
