Texas Boxing Enterprises announced today that negotiations will begin immediately to match Floyd Patterson agaiist Cleveland Williams on September 3, the Associated Press reported. Williams currently is ranked fourth among heavy-weight contenders. Patterson lost a bid to regain the heavy-weight crown from Sonny Liston list Monday.
