S. Africa To Comply (N.Z.P. A.-Reuter—Copyright) LONDON, July 8. Rugby Union football in South Africa has now reverted to International Board laws after a period during which experiments were made. The South African Board were to ask for a special meeting to discuss matters arising from the experiments but have now decided to await the International Board meeting next January. The Rugby Union Football Board issued a statement today after meeting Dr. Danie Craven, of the South African board, last night on his arrival from Australia and New Zealand.
