Uneble to ' find a parkinc place when going to pay a traffic fine at the Magistrate's Court, Henry Arthur Reginald Taylor. doubleparked his vehicle. When he informed a court officer .of this, he was told he would be all right, as the officer would watch from the window fdr "trouble.” There was a delay in finding the file, and when Taylor left be found a traffic officer writing him out a traffic-offence notice. This was said in the Magistrate's Court yesterday, when Taylor was fined £1 by’ Mr E. S. J. Crutchley. S.M.. for double parking in' Armagh street. In a letter to the Magistrate, Taylor said he drove around the streets near the court office several times, but could not find a parking place, as the Supreme Court wa sitting at the time. “I received immediate attention by a person in td|e court cash office, but there was a delay while the file was located. The traffic officer who wrote out the ticket agreed that it was very difficult to get a park with the Supreme Court on,” Taylor said in his letter. Traffic Officer L. Wilkinson said he found Taylor’s vehicle double-parked on September 7. “It is very worth while that money should be paid to the Magistrate’s Court, but the traffic laws must be obeyed while doing so.” said the Magistrate.
