PRISON FOR FIGHTING
Young Woman In Fracas (N.Z Press Association) NAPIER, Mar 29 One of three young women who started a fight in the foyer of Napier’s chief post office last Friday night was gaoled for a month by Mr W A Harlow. S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court at Napier today On disorderly behaviour charges, Lucretia Katherine Mason, aged 23. a housemaid, was gaoled; Mere Roihana. aged 21, a packer, was admitted to probation; and Terina Anderson aged 23, a housemaid. was fined £7 10s For being unlawfully aboard the New Zealand Star. Mason was given an additional month’s gaol. Karen Avert] Ahurin, aged 19, a gardener, of Napier, was gaoled for a month, and Nola Fred Goodwin, alias Clarke, aged 22, a waitress of Wellington. was admitted to probation for 18 months for being unlawfully aboard the ship
