Rotorua Anglers Warned IWZ. Press Association) ROTORUA. March 29 Anglers have been warned of a silt bank capable of trapping a wading angler, at the mouth of the Waingaehe stream. Lake Rotorua. Mr B. A. Vercoe. conservator of wildlife at Rotorua said the silt delta, three feet deep in places, had spread up to 50 feet in radius from the stream mouth arid an unwary angler could .'.nd himself in difficulties.
