Rugby ALL BLACKS PAINTING

Union Council Interested (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. Oct. 17, "This Is real Rugby news.” said the chairman of the NevZealand Rugby Union (Mr T. C. Morrison) today, when commenting on a London report of a painting at the 1905 Ail Blacks in action against England. The report said a black and white painting of the team playing England a* Crystal Palace. London, is to be offered for sale to the New Zealand Union. The painting was recently taken to Mr A. T. Campbell, public relations officer at New Zealand House, who is writing to the New Zealand Union. Mr Morrison said: "It is real Rugby news to know that an original painting is in existence of our 1906 team. The New Zealand Rugby Union council will be interested to receive the details surrounding the offer.
