Wellington's representative in tlie Rothman’s £lOOO Rugby League competition, has withdrawn from the Southern section’ of the tournament to be played in Christchurch this week-end. Marist has been replaced by Miramar, which leads the Wellington senior competition. •Marist fell to second place in the table last Saturday after it had been surprisingly beaten by Petone, 31-9.
