Search For Rocks

(NJS. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Aug. 14.

An "emu parade’* of schoolboys, arranged by Counties Rugby Union officials, went on a scavenging hunt of Massey Park, Papakura, this afternoon as a prelude to tomorrow's match between the home side and the visiting Australians.

The boys were searching for lumps of stone which had become mixed with a recent load of top dressing. When the Australians trained there today they came across a number of samples of prime local rocks, a couple of them the sixe of eggs.
