FELLOWSHIP FOR MR J. J. TAIT

Medical Radiation Study Mr J. J. Tait, physicist to the North Canterbury Hospital Board, has been awarded an overseas fellowship by the International Atomic Energy Agency. The fellowship entitles him to six months’ study of radiation physics and medical radioisotope techniques overseas. The board yesterday decided to congratulate him on the fellowship, and to give him leave on full pay to carry it through. Mr Tait expects to leave New Zealand in about two months.
