(NJZ. Press Association) WANGANUI, June 8 The six-year-old Ckf-pe-iucca gelding. Ours, was destroyed at Wanganui F es " terday after breaking a lag in a schooling trial. Owned for the last four months by Mr A. H. J. Gudsell, for whom be was trained by D. Grubb. Ours had started seven time* in Mr GudseU's colours for three wins and two placings. He was one of the ruling favourites for the Hack and Hunters’ Steeplechase at Awapuni tomorrow. Death Of Te Rapa Trainer (N.Z. Press Association) HAMILTON, June 8 The well-known Te Rapa horse trainer, Mr T. Morrow. died last night, aged 61. Horses he had success with in recent years included the Auckland Cup Trial winner.
