January 29 Victoria’s clumnion three-year-old, New Statesman, returned to racing will a brilliant win in the William Reid Stokes at Moonee Valley to-da-v New Statesman, which was having his first start since he won the Victoria Derbyin the spring, had the race won for the last two furlongs
