DEAL OVER CUBA
Guatemala’s Claim Denied (N .2 .PA.-Renter—Copyright) WASHINGTON, Jan. 2. The United States denied today that it had made a deal with Guatemala over its claim to British Honduras in return for Guatemala's help in training Cuban exiles for last year’s invasion of Cuba. A State Department officer, Mr Lincoln White, issued the denial after he was asked about a report quoting the Guatemalan President (Mr Miguel Ydigoras) as asking President Kennedy to comply with an agreement he Mid had been made with Washington.
