The Central African Supreme Court yesterday reserved judgment on an appeal by tbe Salisbury Town Council against a High Court decision that the council does not have the power to refuse non - Europeans entry to swimming pools. The High Court’s decision was based on a case brought by an Asian who was refused entry to a local pool, the British United Press reported.
