M. B. S. Tulloh To Tour N.Z.
(Special Crspdt N.Z.P.A.) LONDON, October 27. M. B. S. Tulloh, the British and European three-mile record holder, has now received permission from his firm to accept an invitation from the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association, through the British Amateur Athletic Board, to tour New Zealand with P. Schmitt, the West German 800 metres champion, and O. Davis, the American Olympic 400 metres hurdles medalist. Tulloh expects to arrive in New Zealand on January 20. and with Schmitt and Davis to take part in a series of meetings until February 7. “I am naturally delighted.” he said. “I recently let my form run down a bit, but will now start working up again.”
