Gesture By Man Who Lost Land
The Waimairi County Council decided last evening to thank Mr P. L. Richardroad’ tor his gift of £25 towards the cost of trees for the proposed reserve in the council’s HamWaimairi road housing project. "This is a very publicspirited attitude on Mr Richardson's part," said Cr. C. L. Austin. “Part of his property was acquired for the project and he was very sore to a start.”
