Windom’s Way Withdrawn
(N.Z. Press Association) ASHBURTON. Sept. 10 A misdirected telegram left Windom’s Way in the first division of the Marawhiti Handicap, the second race on the Methven Trotting Club's programme on Saturday. In the corrected field for the event Windom’s Way has been withdrawn from the first division. This allows Waitaki Hanover <2O) on the limit mark in the second division. Waitaki Hanover had been eliminated when acceptances closed yesterday.
