Boxing Mahoni May Fight Stewart Again

(NZ. Press Association)

WELLINGTON, Sept. 19. C. Stewart and G. Mahoni could meet in a rubber boxing match at Athletic Park early next year. The secretary of the Wellington Boxing Association (Mr J Lawry) said today that both fighters wanted a third meeting. There was little chance of either boxing for the Wellington association again this year. There were no suitable opponents for the pair in either Australia or New Zealand. Although Americans could be brought to the country it would not be economical at thia time of the year.
